I dont have a biased opinion(except Im not a big fan of the MP5, so naturally, I lean towards CA for nto being so MP5 minded) but I think Classic Army guns have simply better quality and not as many problems. And ICS has had trouble with their new designs(AK 47) so I would say that the CA is better. Here is some info to make your descisions from: Review of the CA M15 Carbine: www.airsoftforum.com/board/index.php?showtopic=32410Review of the ICS MP5(Couldnt find a review of their m16): www.airsoftforum.com/board/index.php?showtopic=26003

I dont think either will be bad, but didnt you say you had problems with the other ICS M4 you had? Whenever I have trouble with a particular gun I make note to not buy that type of gun or from that company again, but I doubt ICS or CA will have many lemons.

I would say if you could save up alittle more and go for the CA, you will be happy. I have read many reviews of both guns and companies, and CA's have the great external solid body as well as the great inteternals...As Hudabon said, ICS has some troubles that they havent taken time into fixing. If you want a reliable long lasting m-16, you should go for the Classic Army.
